AmpleProducts.com's affiliate program is open to all applicants with a valid PayPal address ( void where prohibited ).

Applicant's however must maintain a website within the guidelines of AmpleProducts.com's own terms and conditions regarding the content of their websites. To this end your own website must be within this guideline:

Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to AmpleProducts.com servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of unacceptable content or links:

* Pirated software
* Hacker programs or archives
* Warez sites
* Racist or Hate related material
* Information related to the misuse of creditcards, phones, computers.
* Websites that sell spam, e-mail addresses or leads.
* Adult oriented. (x rated sites)

AmpleProducts.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Advertising

Affiliates may take reasonable efforts to advertise the AmpleProducts.com affiliate program on their website, newsletters or any other form as long as they do not violate any person or companies rights to be free of spam or unsolicited commercial e-mail messages. Any affiliate found in violation of this condition will have their affiliate account terminated and all payments outstanding or owed to them canceled.

AmpleProducts.com considers SPAM UNACCEPTABLE in any form and will not condone it's use by either it's direct customers, or affiliates.

Commission Payment

Commissions on trackable online sales are paid on gross sales made through AmpleProducts.com's order forms. Sales are tracked by both cookies and IP addresses.

Repeat visits that do not come directly from your site will still count towards your commissions if the cookie is not otherwise removed or IP address changed.

Commissions on services and sales are paid on gross sales actually collected from clients. You understand you are acting as an independent contractor and as such are responsible for your own taxes and any other liabilities. You agree that you are not authorized to act on our behalf other than marketing our products and services as an independent contractor for a commission.

Your commissions for the month are paid in the first week of the following month via PayPal.com. We do not pay via checks/cheques. Paypal is our ONLY form of payment. We do not pay interest on any commissions.

Commissions are only paid on payments that are made in full. If transactions incur a chargeback it will not count towards affiliates commissions. If commissions have already been paid on a chargeback or a refund is issued that amount will be deducted from future checks.

Payments are sent via PayPal.com to the e-mail address on record. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to maintain a current paypal e-mail address. AmpleProducts.com accepts no liability for lost commissions, though will make all reasonable efforts to ensure our affiliates receive payment.

Important, please read-

Due to the nature of this program, affiliates CANNOT make purchases through their own affiliate ID. Any affiliate account found to be making purchases through his or her own affiliate link will be terminated and all outstanding commissions will be held by AmpleProducts.com

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or any AmpleProducts.com's products sold through the Affiliate Program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptionsor errors.

We make no guarantees of exactly how much an affiliate will make or that any money will be made at all. Your individual results will vary and depend on your ability to follow through with marketing and advertising your affiliate links. As with any business, your results may vary, and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience with this affiliate program. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation.

You agree that www.AmpleProducts.com 's owner and/or employees are not liable for any success or failure of your business that is directly or indirectly related to the use of it's affiliate program, or products and services contained with it.

Agreement

By checking 'I agree' in the affiliate application below, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

You also agree that AmpleProducts.com is the sole arbiter of what constitutes a violation of this agreement, and that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Change of Conditions

AmpleProducts.com retains the right to alter and amend these terms and conditions as required and without notification in the interest of our affiliates. All changes to this page will be applicable to previous versions. Where information regarding the terms and conditions of AmpleProducts.com become relevant this page will hold precedence over any other version, either printed, electronic or verbal. In the event of a conflict this page will considered valid above others.
